A reputed company located in Accra requires serious, smart, and experienced staff for the following post: Office Assistants

Responsibilities:

  • Firstly, Handling incoming calls and other communications.
  • Secondly, Managing filing system.
  • Thirdly, Recording information as needed.
  • Moreover, Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
  • Then, Updating paperwork, maintaining documents, and word processing.
  • Additionally, Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
  • Last but not least, Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
  • Finally, Organizing travel by booking accommodation and reservation needs as required.

QUALIFICATION:

  • A minimum of Diploma or HND Degree
  • And also, Over two years working experience.
