The Council would like to inform its cherished Nurse Assistants, Nurses and Midwives who completed in 2019 and 2020 and have not yet collected their certificates that:
a. The Certificates have been sent to our Regional Offices.
b. Practitioners should look out for their School of training, Year of passing the Licensing Examinations and the Council’s Regional Office where the certificates were sent to. (Please check the attached for details)
c. Practitioners who have visited their respective Regional Offices and have not received their certificates should call the Call Centre on 0501079037/0200862772 (WhatsApp)
Please note that the rest of the certificates that are not found in the list are being processed and we will update you in due course.
