POSITION: Customer Service Officer (Loan Officer)

Position Overview
- Location: Twifo (Central Region), Sefwi Asawinso (Western North Region), Goaso (Ashanti Region), Kadjebi & Krachi (Oti Region)
- Positions available: Twifo – 3, Sefwi Asawinso – 2, Goaso – 2, Kadjebi – 1, and Krachi – 1.
- Position Level: 11
Job Purpose
Act as a bridge between VISIONFUND GHANA and clients regarding need assessment, promoting VISIONFUND GHANA products, facilitating loan disbursements and repayments, and overseeing clients’ business operations.
Main Duties
To evaluate the feasibility of potential borrowers’ enterprises and provide suggestions for issuing micro loans.
- Verify that all conditions required before and after the loan disbursement are fulfilled by clients.
- Ensure prompt distribution of loans to clients.
- To evaluate and oversee borrowers’ business activities to guarantee prompt loan repayment.
- Compile reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience
- HND in Marketing or a solid first degree in any field, particularly Marketing/Accountancy, and holders of certificates in Agriculture and Rural Development with practical experience.
- The candidate must have finished their National Service.
- Being able to ride a motorcycle will be a beneficial skill.
