POSITION: Recovery Officer (Tepa, Wa)

Purpose
The role is dedicated to supporting the Credit Operations by ensuring the collection of all written-off loans. Additionally, the position involves maintaining a strong portfolio quality across the institution by following up with defaulted clients for timely repayments.
Key Responsibilities
- Recover all written-off loans.
- Immediately follow up with defaulted clients to secure repayments.
- Help ensure that the Institution’s Portfolio at Risk (PAR) remains within acceptable limits.
- Maintain accurate records of the written-off loan portfolio and recoveries.
- Provide timely reports to management and field teams to aid in effective decision-making.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by your Supervisor or their designate.
Required Skills or Experience
Qualification
- DBS/HND in a relevant field
- Completion of National Service
- 1 to 2 years of practical experience in a similar role
- Must be a practicing Christian

- Willingness to work in remote areas
- Strong team spirit
- Dynamic, innovative, and self-motivated
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and remain goal-oriented
- Excellent public relations skills and ability to engage with individuals from diverse backgrounds
