POSITION: Business Transformation Senior

The Opportunity

In Consulting, our Business Transformation team collaborates with senior leaders on their critical issues to achieve concrete outcomes. We seek skilled, innovative people who contribute discipline, enthusiasm, and realism to our expanding team.

As part of our Business Transformation team, you will assist clients in addressing intricate company-wide challenges by developing strategic initiatives, restructuring organizations, transforming operations and processes, and enhancing business performance. You will collaborate with our clients to address their most difficult issues and provide thoughtful recommendations that are well-founded, imaginative in their approach, tailored to each client, and feasible for market implementation.

You will assist in developing insights and action strategies regarding competitor intelligence and industry trends to guarantee our clients stay proactive and adaptable. Furthermore, you will be proficient in collaborating with clients to guarantee that they maintain complete control over both analysis and execution.

Main Duties

Obligations of the client

  • Assist clients in transforming their business processes.
  • Assist in the management and oversight of the client’s extensive and intricate projects and programs by establishing multi-year Project Management Offices (PMO) or Transformation Management Offices (TMO).
  • Assist clients in spearheading organizational planning and transformation efforts (benefits oversight, stakeholder management for programs, and governance of programs).
  • Cultivate and sustain effective relationships with clients while consistently striving to comprehend their sectors, critical performance factors, business objectives, and emerging trends.
  • Assist clients by applying expertise and insights to guide extensive planning, execution, and oversight efforts aimed at achieving their strategic goals and objectives, or specific components of large or complex projects and programs such as transformational initiatives and major infrastructure endeavors.
  • Guarantee the delivery of high-quality service to clients by thoroughly reviewing documents and outputs, conducting relevant research and validation, and utilizing tools and resources to refine outputs.
  • Oversee project work streams by utilizing a tested EY approach and methodology rooted in international standards.
  • Track advancement, mitigate risks, and keep primary stakeholders updated on progress and anticipated results.
  • Establish rapport with every client to identify and cultivate new growth opportunities within EY Service Lines.
  • Engage in business development efforts by networking and creating promotional materials to showcase solutions for current and potential clients.

  • Participate in performance evaluations and initiatives related to personnel matters.

  • To be eligible for the position, you should possess the subsequent:

Qualifications and Experience

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Science, or Business Management from a recognized institution.
  • A higher degree from a recognized institution will be an advantage.
  • Preference for certification in business process management and/or project management.

Technical Proficiencies and Background

  • Experience in consulting is greatly sought after.
  • Minimum of 4 years of applicable work experience
  • Analytical and conceptual reasoning with a capacity for innovation. Capacity to manage intricate and unclear project circumstances and necessities, and deliver organization and discipline to complicated issues.
  • Robust project management abilities
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to perform under pressure and meet project deadlines.
  • Keen focus on specifics with a systematic and organized method.
  • Outstanding communication abilities and capacity to collaborate successfully within a group.
  • Excellent skills in writing, presentation, and communication in English.
  • Intense motivation to succeed in one’s career.
  • Familiarity with one or more of the following areas: optimizing business processes, transformation projects, initiatives for revenue enhancement and cost savings, innovation efforts, and customer as well as industry analysis.
  • Experience in two or more of the following sectors: financial services, energy, manufacturing, consumer and retail, public sector, and government.
