POSITION: Manager, Switch Car Rentals

Position Overview

This is a full-time position for Manager, Switch Car Rentals. The Manager of Switch Car Rentals is tasked with creating and executing improved business development strategies, boosting profits, and building business partnerships. The employee would additionally employ market research to predict current market trends to sustain existing market shares, venture into new areas, and uphold business momentum.

Principal Duties:

  • Lead Sales and Marketing efforts for Switch’s growth and profitability in both retail and corporate/SME sectors.
  • Spearhead the redefinition and alignment of the Switch business model as a Value-Added Service for retail and corporate customers.
  • Develop and implement efficient standard operational procedures and practices to guarantee optimal operational availability of all essential business systems and applications.
  • Expand market share through digital channels and effective client relationship management.
  • Achieve a minimum monthly asset utilization of 95% for Switch.
  • Accountable for credit management and accounts receivable.
  • Foster customer relationship management by building robust interpersonal connections with clients nationwide.
  • Launch of the Switch Franchise in additional markets
  • Establishment and upkeep of Customer databases
  • Perform market analysis on existing market trends and competitor data.
  • Business Application creation and Project Execution
  • Guarantee organizational preparedness and education for new solutions.

Oversight/Quality Control

  • Consistently assess and refine
  • Authorize unit procedures to improve efficiency, productivity, information security, and quality in alignment with the organization’s information security goals.
  • Keep a customer-focused strategy in the unit, guaranteeing that products or services fulfill customer needs and expectations while aiming for ongoing enhancements in quality and information security.
  • Assist in internal and external audits of departmental processes and procedures linked to the Integrated Management System, supplying required documentation and corrective measures as needed to maintain compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Necessary Skills or Experience

  • Applicant must possess a Degree along with relevant Professional Certification.
  • At least six (6) years of experience in various roles, including business development, sales, and supervisory or leadership positions in marketing/customer service.
  • Having a master’s degree in a related field will be a beneficial asset.
  • Familiarity with generating leads and managing prospects.
  • Business-oriented with a solid history of achieving results and leading teams.
  • Have outstanding communication abilities – both written and spoken.
  • The capability to collaborate effectively with others is crucial.
  • Capacity to manage stress and adhere to strict timelines is vital.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities to achieve objectives and establish priorities.
  • Focused on action and outcomes while maintaining progress.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
