POSITION: Marketing Assistant

Crystal Haze Events and the Crystal Haze Events School (CHES) represent a dynamic brand celebrated for elegance, excellence, and creativity in the event industry. We are expanding our team and seeking a driven, passionate Marketing Assistant to help share our story and drive our growth.

Role Summary

As a Marketing Assistant, you will be at the heart of our brand communication. Your work will directly support the promotion of our events and educational programs, engaging our community and amplifying our presence across digital platforms. You will help manage campaigns that highlight our workshops, classes, and signature event projects.

Key Responsibilities

Your role will be diverse and creative, focusing on these core areas:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage engaging content for all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for both the events division and the school.
  • Foster meaningful community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and building relationships with our online audience.
  • Create simple yet compelling graphics and short-form videos using tools like Canva to promote our offerings.
  • Write clear and persuasive copy for social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in promoting classes, workshops, and event services to drive enrollment and client inquiries.
  • Monitor campaign performance and contribute ideas to enhance reach and engagement.

Your Profile and Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  • One to two years of hands-on experience in marketing, social media management, or a related creative field.
  • Proficiency in content creation tools, particularly Canva, and experience producing engaging Reels or TikTok videos.
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A genuine passion for the events industry and the education sector.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
