Job Description

CETECH Ghana seeks a versatile and motivated Admin Assistant to support our dynamic sales, marketing, and customer service operations. Role Overview

As a hybrid support professional, you will assist across multiple business functions while developing essential career capabilities. You will engage directly with customers, coordinate marketing activities, and provide administrative support to our growing team. This position includes hands-on training through internal courses and direct mentorship from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

Assist walk-in customers with product selections and purchases
Prepare sales quotations, process orders, and coordinate deliveries
Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems regularly
Support sales teams with client follow-ups and meeting scheduling

Marketing & Promotion

Help execute online and offline marketing campaigns
Create marketing materials, including brochures and newsletters
Support social media management and website content updates
Track campaign performance and prepare basic analytics reports

Customer Service & Administration

Handle customer inquiries through multiple communication channels
Manage returns, complaints, and order status verification
Maintain internal documentation and customer satisfaction records
Provide general administrative support, including scheduling and filing

Qualifications and Experience

Essential Requirements:

SHS, Diploma, or Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field
Age between 18–28 years with strong computer literacy
Personal laptop for work purposes (mandatory requirement)
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work 5 days weekly, including Saturdays, with one scheduled day off

Preferred Attributes:

Experience with CRM systems or marketing tools
Basic graphic design or social media management skills
Background in retail, administration, or customer service
Strong multitasking capabilities with attention to detail

Work Schedule

Location: Ashaley Botwe, School Junction (on-site position)
Hours: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Schedule: 5 working days per week with one designated day off
