POSITION OVERVIEW
As an architect, you will be integral to the design, development, and execution of architectural projects at our firm. Collaborating with project teams and external partners, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered successfully while following industry standards and best practices.
DUTIES
- Site Assessments: Support site evaluations, participate in project site meetings, and oversee construction progress to guarantee adherence to design intent.
- Sustainability: Advocate for the incorporation of sustainable design methods, energy conservation, and eco-friendly solutions in projects.
- Client Engagement: Interact efficiently with clients, advisors, and stakeholders, aiding in the effective provision of architectural services.
- Research & Development: Keep up with industry trends, emerging materials, construction innovations, and best practices to guide project decisions.
- Create inventive and practical architectural designs that fulfill client needs, project goals, and financial limitations.
- Leverage your imaginative skills and technical knowledge to create design ideas, drawings, and visualizations that convey the design purpose.
- Assume responsibility for designated projects and oversee them throughout every stage of the design process, from idea creation to construction management.
- Set project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and guarantee that projects are finished on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Cultivate strong connections with clients using efficient communication, teamwork, and attentiveness.
- Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, specifications, and additional documents necessary for building.
- Employ CAD software and additional design tools to create precise and thorough drawings that express design intent and aid in construction execution.
- Cultivate a cooperative and inclusive workplace that promotes creativity, innovation, and career advancement.
- Work with internal teams, external organizations, and media partners to align marketing strategies and guarantee smooth implementation of campaigns.
- Grasping requirements and exchanging concepts, excel as a communicator, obtain and assess feedback, adhere to stringent deadlines, react to user input, utilize data/analytics, to enhance the creative output in subsequent versions.
