MAIN ROLE:
- Identify relevant market, rivals within the segment market, and NKG’s position.
- Develop and maintain the project pipeline.
- Growth targets, revenue ambitions, and other key performance indicators
- Obtain the sector market size and projections.
- Preparing quotations for customers via CRM
- Development of strategic plans to increase the sector market.
- Prepare segment reports (weekly and monthly).
- Collection of receivables within the segment
- Execution of set targets and KPI.
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM and sales systems, and manage project pipelines and quotes effectively.
- Create harmony with your consumers to ensure smooth operations.
- Create and maintain an effective relationship with customers.
- Maintain and frequently update segment demand and trends.
- Promote and sustain client satisfaction by assuring on-time and complete delivery.
- Report weekly and segment reports as asked by the MD or Sales Director on all sales activity and performance.
