POSITION: Account Manager – Francophone West Africa
OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
The chosen candidate will be tasked with increasing sales and nurturing robust customer connections in Francophone West Africa and the Landlocked Countries. The position entails discovering new business prospects, overseeing current accounts, and guaranteeing that clients receive excellent service to meet sales and revenue goals.
POSITION RELATED
- Protects and increases revenue throughout Francophone West Africa and Landlocked Countries by acquiring and retaining customers.
- Identifies potential leads, presents solutions, negotiates agreements, and finalizes contracts to achieve sales and revenue goals.
- Oversees designated customer accounts, guaranteeing consistent interaction, contentment, and prolonged loyalty.
- Creates and implements account development plans (ADPs) and marketing strategies to stimulate business expansion.
- Delivers precise sales performance and account information to aid in business planning and decision-making.
- Collaborates with internal departments (Sales, Technical, and Management) to provide smooth customer solutions.
- Enables prompt debt recovery and guarantees account profitability.
- Tracks customer satisfaction levels and promptly resolves issues to uphold service quality.
- Recognizes creative concepts and aids in product evolution to improve customer loyalty and foster business expansion.
- Effectively communicates in English and French with clients, potential customers, and strategic partners.
Required Qualification or Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field is required at a minimum.
- At least 3 years of experience in Enterprise Sales within the Telecoms sector.
- Membership in the appropriate professional organization.
- Must live in Burkina Faso or Ivory Coast.
- Should be proficient in both French and English.
