POSITION: Business Development Executives
Position Summary:
We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executives to become part of our team. This is a commission-only remote position with limitless income possibilities. You will be instrumental in attracting new merchants, boosting revenue, and increasing the presence of mPos Ghana nationwide.

Main Duties:
- Identify, connect with, and integrate new clients (retailers, small to medium enterprises, wholesalers, online businesses).
- Introduce and advertise the mPos Ghana platform to potential clients.
- Attain monthly sales goals by maintaining consistent communication and finalizing deals.
- Establish and uphold enduring business connections.
- Collect input on client requirements and market potential.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Demonstrated interest or experience in sales, business growth, or client acquisition.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Extremely driven, self-directed, and goal-focused.
- Should possess a smartphone and be familiar with Mobile Money and digital payment systems.
- Having prior experience in technology, retail, or payment solutions is beneficial.
