1 . Head of Customer Experience
The Head of Customer Experience will formulate the strategic vision and drive the business execution of all aspects of the customer experience on the retail platform from end-to-end, including Logistics (delivery and return flows), Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Relationship Management.

The Legal Counsel, Ghana, will report to the Associate General Counsel and work directly with the Jumia management team in Ghana. The Legal Counsel will be the primary legal adviser for the Jumia business in Ghana.
