POSITION: Senior Director, Franchise Operations
Role Summary:

You will oversee the P&L and foster connections with essential partners, such as bottlers and governmental organizations. This leader will oversee the growth of the brands with a key responsibility for increasing revenue, volume, share, and transactions. What You Will Do for Us:
- Assume complete accountability and oversight of the entire P&L.
- Oversee and propel the continuous expansion of our franchise network.
- Create both short-term and long-term goals that align with organizational policies.
- Oversee and inspire a connected team of experts who work together to achieve business outcomes.
- Establish connections with important stakeholders such as bottlers, governmental bodies, etc.
- Develop tactical and operational plans with a short to medium-term focus (1-3 years), implementing our organizational strategy in line with the goals of the parent/independent organization.
- Function with significant freedom in a complicated setting, serving as a subject matter authority in the organization, overseeing substantial projects and processes, guiding professionals in their skills, assigning tasks, and effectively tracking their work.
- Determine and apply methods, technologies, and offerings to improve efficiency and stimulate expansion for our company throughout the Equatorial Africa region.
- Observe market trends and competitor actions.
- A leader oriented towards solutions, capable of addressing issues by pinpointing the root cause and adapting the responses used for comparable obstacles.
- Affect stakeholders inside and outside the franchise operations at a practical level concerning policies, procedures, and practices.
- Engage in effective communication and work together within our network, involving external entities to the organization (e.g., clients, suppliers, etc.).
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A Master’s degree or comparable experience in Business, Management, or a related area.
- At least 12 or more years of relevant experience in an FMCG company, focusing on franchise management, P&L oversight, and relationship building.
- Familiarity with yearly business planning, forecasting, and managing customers and distributors.
- Proven history of achieving favourable revenue outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in formulating both short-term and long-term goals in line with organizational standards.
- Proven capability to oversee a sizeable group of experts or several smaller groups.
- Possesses extensive experience working with considerable freedom in a complex setting, serving as a subject authority within the company, overseeing significant projects or processes, and mentoring professionals.
- Demonstrated history of optimizing processes, systems, or products to boost performance.
- Robust problem-solving abilities, capable of pinpointing the underlying issue and adjusting solutions used for comparable challenges.
- Outstanding communication abilities, capable of persuading individuals both within and outside the role concerning policies, procedures, and practices at an operational level.
