POSITION: Sales Manager
About the Position
As a Sales Manager for Heavy Duty Equipment at SANY GROUP located in Accra, Ghana, you will be instrumental in fostering the growth and success of our Heavy Machinery division in Ghana. You will be tasked with creating and executing successful sales strategies to boost market share, grow the customer base, and meet revenue goals.
Main Duties:
- Create and implement detailed sales strategies and plans to meet sales objectives.
- Locate and aim at prospective clients in the Machinery sector.
- Establish and nurture solid connections with clients, distributors, and dealers.
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements to enhance profitability.
- Oversee and inspire a group of sales representatives to meet performance targets.
- Perform market analysis and research to uncover trends and opportunities.\
- Submit sales analyses and projections to management.
Qualifications & Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a similar discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management in the construction or industrial machinery sector.
- Demonstrated success in reaching sales goals and expanding market presence.
- Robust leadership and communication abilities.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Extensive understanding of the Heavy Duty Equipment sector and market dynamics.
