Key Responsibilities

As a Business Analyst, you will be the crucial link between stakeholders and project teams. Your primary duties will include:

Requirement Management & Analysis:

First, you will identify, elicit, and document detailed project and process requirements using appropriate modeling techniques.
You will analyze these requirements, validate them with key users, and define precise testing scripts to ensure all criteria are met.
A core responsibility involves maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring full traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Process & Feasibility Evaluation:

You will support the documentation of current (“As Is”) and future (“To Be”) processes, clearly outlining the changes needed for successful migration.
Furthermore, you will contribute to feasibility studies, assessing proposed solutions from both technological and organizational perspectives.

Research & Business Case Development:

You will conduct targeted research using primary data sources to analyze key trends and support decision-making
You will also assist in developing and continuously reviewing business cases, carrying out essential feasibility and assessment work.

Stakeholder Engagement & Innovation:

You will collect business requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis, articulating them in terms of user roles and goals.
Additionally, you will support a culture of innovation by contributing to creative solutions like idea-generation platforms and collaborative sessions.

Personal & Professional Development:

Finally, you will actively develop your capabilities through formal training and professional accreditation, staying current with industry best practices and relevant technologies.

Required Skills & Competencies

The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical toolkit and collaborative spirit:

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Business Requirements Analysis, Gap Analysis, and Data Modeling.
Strong capabilities in Action Planning, Management Reporting, and User Requirements Documentation.
