POSITION: Client Relationship Manager, Personal Finance
Position Overview
This position is accountable for creating a distribution strategy to achieve sales objectives within the Retail Affluent category. The individual in this role will lead Relationship Officers to provide quality financial guidance to clients while attaining revenue targets for periods of up to one year.
Duties
- Oversees the sales and expense budget for a sales team in relation to established objectives.
- Accountable for the product distribution strategy within a sales channel.
- Responsible for regional marketing.
- Recognizes and generates aligned sales prospects.
- Accountable for establishing external connections and fostering relationships with key influencers.
- Guarantees the provision of value to customers.
- Oversees, cultivates, hires, and educates Relationship Officers.
Sales/Efficiency:
- Oversees the sales and expense budget for a sales team in relation to established goals.
- Recognizes and develops synchronized sales prospects.
Adherence:
- Guarantees adherence to processes and procedures to reduce business risk.
- Guarantees customer value delivery.
Team Efficiency:
- Responsible for staff hours, assignments, and the quality of results, for durations of up to one year.
- Then, align personal priorities with guiding and inspiring others.
- Schedules and allocates tasks over spans of up to 1 year.
- Leads and instructs personnel to reach operational excellence benchmarks.
- Moreover, fosters an environment for peak performance.
Oversees performance.
- Chooses prospective personnel to maintain customer/client service provision.
Marketing:
- Accountable for the distribution approach of products aimed at the Retail Affluent market.
- Responsible for local marketing.
Establishing Connections:
- Accountable for external networking and establishing relationships with essential facilitators.
