POSITION: Customer Support Representative
Position Overview
The Technical Customer Support Representative will engage with the company’s clients by answering questions and resolving issues.
You will be required to handle orders, changes, and escalate issues through various communication channels. To excel in this position, you must stay composed when dealing with frustrated customers and possess experience with computers.
Duties
- Keeping a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor towards customers consistently.
- Timely addressing of customer questions.
- Interacting with clients via multiple platforms.
- Recognizing and addressing customer grievances.
- Understanding our products thoroughly to address inquiries effectively.
- Handling orders, forms, applications, and inquiries.
- Documenting customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and grievances.
- Interacting and collaborating with coworkers as needed.
- Offering insights into the effectiveness of the customer service procedure.
- Overseeing a group of entry-level customer service agents.
- Guarantee client contentment and deliver expert customer assistance.
Skills:
- Previous experience in Customer Service is necessary.
- Outstanding communication and writing abilities.
- Research and Analytical Problem-Solving Abilities
- Capable of resolving fundamental problems like login issues, website navigation challenges, app performance, and order processing matters.
- Skilled in utilizing CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Genesys, CRM, Infosys Equinox).
- The capability to remain composed when clients are anxious or unhappy.
- At ease with using computers.
- Experience in customer support.
Academic History:
- Diploma of Higher Education or above.
