Job Vacancy for Supply Chain/Stores Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Firstly, Ensure optimal stock availability in stores for user’s departments
  • Secondly, To ensure proper and timely acquisition of stocks and medical supplies
  • Thirdly, Ensure replacement is done in real time and facilitate the acquisition
  • Moreover, Issuance of stocks to various user departments
  • Additionally, Custodian of surgical and general store
  • Then, Ensure all invoices are timely compiled and data entry done before forwarding the documents to Finance.
  • Also, Filing of all important documents in main store
  • Afterwards, Reconciliation of stock both physically and in the system daily
  • Finally, To carry out the above duties and any other duties as reasonably requested by the Procurement manage or any other executive manager

Requirements:

  • Experience in managing Supply Chain processes and information flows.
  • Work experience in logistics, preferably in an NGO setting.
  • Problem solving ability. Quick learner with practical, precise approach.
  • Respectful, accountable, honest.
