Job Vacancy for Supply Chain/Stores Officer
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Ensure optimal stock availability in stores for user’s departments
- Secondly, To ensure proper and timely acquisition of stocks and medical supplies
- Thirdly, Ensure replacement is done in real time and facilitate the acquisition
- Moreover, Issuance of stocks to various user departments
- Additionally, Custodian of surgical and general store
- Then, Ensure all invoices are timely compiled and data entry done before forwarding the documents to Finance.
- Also, Filing of all important documents in main store
- Afterwards, Reconciliation of stock both physically and in the system daily
- Finally, To carry out the above duties and any other duties as reasonably requested by the Procurement manage or any other executive manager
Requirements:
- Experience in managing Supply Chain processes and information flows.
- Work experience in logistics, preferably in an NGO setting.
- Problem solving ability. Quick learner with practical, precise approach.
- Respectful, accountable, honest.
