POSITION: Client Care Lead

Your Mission: Deliver Exceptional Client Care

You will oversee all aspects of client care, from managing databases to resolving inquiries and creating marketing content. Your role bridges customer service with marketing strategy, ensuring every client interaction reflects our high standards. You will also follow up with prospective clients, guiding them through registration and helping them experience the full value of our services.

Key Responsibilities

Your work spans client management, marketing, data analysis, and team collaboration. Here is what you will tackle:

Client & Data Management

  • You will maintain client databases, input lead data, and assist with basic market research. Accurate records drive informed decisions.
  • Recording and documenting interactions accurately in the CRM system ensures seamless follow up and quality assurance.

Marketing & Content Creation

  • You will oversee social media, advertising, and content creation. Your creativity will amplify our brand presence.
  • Creating marketing materials and analyzing campaign performance allows you to make data driven decisions that optimize results.
  • Implementing marketing strategies in collaboration with internal teams keeps our messaging consistent and effective.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Handling customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy resolves issues before they escalate.
  • Providing accurate product and service information ensures clients have the knowledge they need to make informed choices.
  • Greeting and assisting customers, resolving issues, and promoting our services builds trust and drives engagement.

Feedback & Analysis

  • Collecting customer feedback and analyzing client data reveals trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and company policies maintains consistency across all interactions.

Client Follow Up

  • Following up with clients to register with Toptech completes the sales cycle and expands our client base.

What You Bring to the Role

We are looking for a candidate with the right qualifications, experience, and personal attributes. Here is what you need:

Qualifications & Experience

  • A degree in Marketing, Administration, or Communications will be considered alongside proof of practical experience.
  • Prior experience in customer service gives you the foundation to handle diverse client needs.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Excel and PowerPoint, ensures you can manage data and create compelling presentations.

Skills & Competencies

  • Organization: Strong multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and effective time management keep you on top of competing priorities.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to connect with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms enable you to execute marketing tasks confidently.
  • Interpersonal Skills: You are personable, hospitable, and able to handle client inquiries professionally, leaving every customer feeling valued.

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively.
  • Strong social media communication skills to engage audiences across digital platforms.
  • Residency close to our La office ensures reliable attendance.
  • Working hours: 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM on weekdays and 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Saturdays.
