POSITION: Customer Service Advisor
Job Summary
The Customer Service Advisor I role communicates with customers through inbound calls, outbound calls, or online, based on client needs. This role offers customer service assistance and addresses common issues related to the client’s products or services.
Key Duties/Core Responsibilities
- Guarantee that the service provided to our clients complies with the established Key Performance Indicators (‘KPIs’).
- Clarify customer needs; inquire for comprehension, utilize decision-aid tools and resources to effectively deliver solutions to the customer.
- Pay close attention to customer needs and issues; show understanding while enhancing chances to establish a connection with the customer.
- Welcome customers in a polite, friendly, and professional way, following established protocols.
- Keep a fundamental understanding of client offerings and/or services.
- Complete and precise work should be prepared, including properly documenting accounts as necessary.
- Engage in efforts aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Provide extra products and/or services.
- Monitor, record, and access data in the call tracking database.
- Address customer questions by directing them to available documentation, external sources, or higher-level personnel.
Qualification Required
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 3–6 months of applicable experience preferred.
- Language Proficiencies: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English (at least B2 level).
- Technical Abilities: Skilled in operating computer systems and standard PC software.
Interpersonal Skills:
- Polite with a robust customer service orientation.
- Dependable with a strong attention to detail.
- Exhibits professionalism and patience during customer interactions.
- Excellent multitasking skills and the capacity to rapidly adjust to shifting priorities.
- Endurance for monotonous duties in a fast-paced setting.
- Capacity to operate autonomously and also cooperate within a team.
