POSITION: Collateral Fulfillment Officer

Tasked with overseeing the registration of property ownership and mortgage claims. The position emphasizes managing title and mortgage/charge registrations, addressing registration-related challenges and conflicts, and enhancing procedures to boost the monthly number of finalized titles and recorded mortgages. This involves close collaboration with pertinent government agencies, ensuring adherence to legal obligations, and keeping precise records to facilitate prompt and effective registration results.

Are You a Person Who Can

  • Securities recording/documenting and verifying securities along with associated documents in the security register daily.
  • Open files for all newly received securities. Store/organize all necessary documents.
  • Oversight of all documents acquired (both temporary and permanent) C,oordination of all outdated securities and their archiving
  • Permit the issuance of securities
  • Enrolling and terminating Investments, Bonds, Fire Policies (including their renewals), Life Policies
  • Verify the accuracy of the securities being recorded.
  • Carry out all responsibilities of the Team Leader when they are not presen
  • Make certain that the diary systems for Fire cover, Investments, Policies, and Guarantees, among others, are regularly observed, maintained, and updated.
  • Keep secure custody logs and bill the relevant clients.
  • Provide outstanding service that surpasses customers’ expectations by employing proactive, creative, and suitable solutions.
  • Adhere to governance regarding legislative and audit obligations.
  • Delivery of an effective administration service by meticulous and timely planning, reporting, and updating of all pertinent information.
  • Oversee personal growth to enhance individual skills.
