POSITION: Clerical Assistant

Our team consists of licensed nurses, doctors, nutritionists, physiotherapists, and various other allied health professionals.

Position Overview

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic Clerical Assistants to become part of our team. The selected individuals will be tasked with providing crucial administrative and office assistance, managing duties such as data entry, filing, answering calls, and overseeing correspondence. They guarantee the efficient functioning of the office by keeping orderly records and supporting other employees.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to and routing calls, recording messages, and placing phone calls for the company.
  • Organizing and delivering the daily mail, dispatching invoices, and coordinating collection for parcels.
  • Utilizing office tools to read emails, transmit faxes, reproduce documents, and refresh computer records.
  • Preparing forms, letters, notes, and additional documents.
  • Organizing, categorizing, and sustaining filing systems for effective record management and straightforward access.
  • Keeping track of office supply inventory.
  • Finalizing tasks and projects as per directives from superiors.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Diploma/Qualification or HND.
  • Proficiencies in Microsoft Office
