Pera Lounge and Bar is expanding its team and is now hiring dedicated and dependable staff members. We are seeking individuals who take genuine pride in delivering quality service, excel in a fast-paced hospitality environment, and value strong teamwork. About the Roles

We have openings for both front of house Waiting Staff and back of house Kitchen personnel. Successful candidates will be integral to creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring seamless service, and maintaining our high standards of food quality and presentation. You will work in a collaborative setting where every team member’s contribution is vital to our overall success.

Key Responsibilities for Waiting Staff

Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient table service to all guests.
Possess thorough knowledge of the menu and beverage offerings to make recommendations and answer inquiries.
Accurately take food and drink orders, ensuring timely delivery to tables.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area and service station.
Process customer payments and handle cash transactions responsibly.
Work cooperatively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.

Key Responsibilities for Kitchen Staff

Assist in food preparation, plating, and maintaining kitchen workflow under the direction of the chef
Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness at all times.
Ensure proper storage and handling of all food items and kitchen supplies.
Support with washing dishes, cleaning kitchen equipment, and maintaining an orderly workspace.
Work effectively as part of the kitchen team during busy service periods.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have a minimum of two years of relevant experience in a restaurant, lounge, bar, or similar hospitality setting.
Exhibit a consistently positive attitude, a strong team-oriented mindset, and an unwavering work ethic.
Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Must currently live in or around the East Legon area to ensure proximity and availability for shifts.

Location: These positions are based at our establishment in East Legon.
