POSITION: Sales & Marketing Officer

Position Overview
We are looking for an innovative and proactive Sales & Marketing Officer to aid in Micasso’s brand expansion and sales effectiveness. The perfect candidate will manage project-driven sales and assist marketing efforts to improve showroom visibility, bolster client relations, and expand market presence. This position integrates business development with marketing implementation, necessitating robust communication, proactivity, and organizational abilities.
Main Duties
- Build and sustain connections with architects, contractors, designers, and real estate developers to drive project sales.
- Discover fresh business prospects in the construction and interior design industries.
- Assist in carrying out marketing and promotional initiatives to boost showroom visits and enhance brand recognition.
- Help coordinate marketing events, product unveilings, and designer or artisan interaction initiatives.
- Manage both online and offline marketing efforts, such as social media posts, advertisements, and initiatives for enhancing brand visibility.
- Perform market research, analyze competitors, and gather customer feedback to guide strategy.
- Draft sales proposals and quotes, and follow up on client interactions to finalize agreements.
- Keep precise documentation of client communications, project progress, and sales performance summaries.
- Work together with the showroom and logistics teams to guarantee efficient order processing and customer contentment.
- Deliver prompt updates to management regarding sales performance and marketing results.
Qualification and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Architecture, Interior Design, or a comparable discipline.
- At least three (3) years of experience in sales or marketing, ideally within the building materials, interior design, or construction sectors.
- Proven capability to successfully oversee sales and marketing duties.
- Thorough knowledge of digital marketing and promotional events in showrooms.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP systems is beneficial.
