POSITION: Revenue and Sustainability Lead

Care for Society Network International is seeking a Revenue and Sustainability Lead to join our hybrid NGO and social enterprise model. Your Mission

You will take responsibility for leading proposal writing and donor engagement across the organization. Your role includes identifying funding and partnership opportunities, coordinating fundraising campaigns and sustainability initiatives, supporting social enterprise growth and revenue generation, and monitoring enterprise performance and financial sustainability. Your ability to spot opportunities, build relationships, and track financial metrics will determine the organization’s long term viability.

Key Responsibilities

Your role spans proposal development, donor engagement, partnership identification, fundraising coordination, enterprise support, and performance monitoring. Here is what you will tackle:

Proposal Writing & Donor Engagement

  • You will lead proposal writing and donor engagement, crafting compelling narratives that secure funding.
  • Building relationships with institutional donors, foundations, and corporate partners.

Opportunity Identification

  • You will identify funding and partnership opportunities, scanning the landscape for grants, contracts, and collaborations.
  • Matching organizational priorities with available funding streams.

Fundraising Campaigns

  • You will coordinate fundraising campaigns and sustainability initiatives, mobilizing individual donors and community support.
  • Tracking campaign performance against revenue targets.

Social Enterprise Growth

  • You will support social enterprise growth and revenue generation, developing products or services that earn income while advancing the mission.
  • Identifying new markets or customer segments for enterprise offerings.

Performance Monitoring

  • You will monitor enterprise performance and financial sustainability, tracking revenue, expenses, and profitability.
  • Recommending adjustments to pricing, costs, or sales strategies.

What You Bring to the Role

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Development Studies, Marketing, Finance, Entrepreneurship, NGO Management, or a related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of three years of experience in fundraising, proposal writing, partnerships, or enterprise development.

  • Strong communication skills to write proposals and engage donors persuasively.
