The Ghana TVET Service invites applications from suitably qualified Ghanaians for recruitment into the 2026 intake. Following financial clearance from the Ministry of Finance, we are filling multiple catering roles across different experience levels. Positions Available

We are recruiting for four catering roles, each with distinct qualification and experience requirements:

Catering Assistant I

Minimum of a Catering Advance Certificate or equivalent from an accredited institution in Catering or a related field.
Minimum of six years of post qualification experience.
Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Assistant II

Minimum of a Catering Advance Certificate or equivalent from an accredited institution in Catering or a related field.
Minimum of three years of post qualification experience.
Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Catering Assistant III

Minimum of a City & Guilds or NVTI Certificate or equivalent from an accredited institution in Catering or a related field.
Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Senior Assistant, Catering

Minimum of an HND or University Diploma from an accredited tertiary institution in Hotel, Catering & Hospitality Management, Home Economics, or a related field.
Minimum of three years of working experience in a reputable organization.
Must have completed National Service.
Must pass an interview conducted by the Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.

Key Requirements Across All Roles

Qualification: You must hold the specified certificate, diploma, or degree from an accredited institution.
Experience: Catering Assistant I requires six years post qualification; Catering Assistant II and Senior Assistant require three years; Catering Assistant III requires no prior experience but needs the base certificate.
Interview: All candidates must pass an interview conducted by the Ghana TVET Service in collaboration with the Public Services Commission.
National Service: Only required for Senior Assistant, Catering.
