Ghanaian television host, Gifty Anti Oheneyere has disclosed that she stopped Counselor George Lutterodt from coming to her show 4 years ago.
According to the executive producer and host of the Stand Point, outspoken counselor Lutterodt has been on her show on two occasions and after that, she stopped him from coming to her show since 2016.
The popular television presenter made this revelation in reaction to some accusations and bashing from people with regards to Counselor Lutterodt following the recent rape statement.
Some people have pointed wrong fingers at her for featuring the Counselor on her show and endorsing his behavior irrespective of what they talked about.
On her Facebook handle, she made some clarifications regarding the issue.
She stated that on only two occasions November 2013 and February 2016 was the counselor present on her show and she personally stopped her from coming to the show since then.
She finally apologized for ever featuring the counselor on her show.
“I have received a few accusations and bashing from some people with regards to George Lutterodt. I personally stopped him from coming on my show and studio four years ago. Yes, he’s been on The Standpoint before. On two occasions. November 2013 and February 2016. His last appearance was on 19th February 2016,
I find it interesting and quite unfortunate that I am being accused of endorsing his behavior because he’s been on The Standpoint before, irrespective of what he talked about on the show.
But then again, if in the programme’s 12 years of existence if our ‘biggest crime’ committed, was letting him come on the show 4 years ago.
