How to Get Over a Breakup

Stay Busy and Keep Yourself Occupied at All Times

Sitting about the house doing nothing allows you to reflect on your actions and cause unnecessary misery for yourself. It’s better to keep busy with a job, classes, hobbies, or any other pursuits that can divert your attention from your ex. You might temporarily distract yourself from the breakup by playing video games or even watching your favorite TV show.
