NewsNowGh will be taking you through how to appeal to the Embassy over the Refusal of VISA.
Step 1: Know the Exact Reason To The Refusal of VISA
What is the reason leading to the refusal of VISA? You cannot submit an appeals letter or follow the process without knowing the reason for rejection. Unfortunately, the Embassy will not typically tell you exactly why it was rejected, meaning that you will need to evaluate the reason behind it.
Step 2: Update Your Application Documents: REFUSAL OF VISA
On refusal of VISA, adapt, Change and Add the items you were originally missing, so you can re-build your full set of Schengen Visa documents which will ultimately lead to you being approved when you appeal. eg, If you only provided 1 page of your passport, photocopy all of your pages and then appeal.
Tip: Include As Many Documents As Possible
One Tip to Follow: If you ‘THINK’ you need to get a document or re-create a document, just do it. Trying to skip documents to save time costs you more effort in the long term.
Create Your Actual Appeals Letter
Creating the actual appeals letter so you can submit your appeal. That is along with your documents and receive your Schengen Visa… finally.
Letter Must Include Your “Personal Details” Always include your Personal details: such as your name, date of birth, passport number, address, etc
Letter Must Include “Why Documents Were Missing”
Outline the reasons as to why documents were incorrect, missing or overlooked as this helps provide the Embassy and Consulate with confidence that you are not trying to lie in order to get a visa.
Tip: The Embassy Wants You To Be Successful
Embassy and Consulate representatives do not get pleasure from rejecting people to see the amazing countries within their region, they are just trying to follow the rules set by their Governments

Do not forget to add your signature at the bottom of the document, so that the reviewer knows that you have confirmed it yourself.
