 POSITIONS

1 . Administrative Executive

• Firstly, Assist the Executive in the timely management of both written and verbal communications, including composing, editing and distribution.
• Secondly, Typing and Filing Court Processes, Documenting all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Then, Supporting lawyer with client care procedures, Client File Creation, Storage, maintenance, and retrieval both real and virtual.

2 . Associate Lawyer/Partner

• To begin with, Consulting with clients to ascertain the details and merits of each case.
• Secondly, Conducting research using legislation, case law, and other legal texts as sources to decide on a modus operandi.
• Then, Drafting legal texts, including reports, contracts, and appeals.
• Also, Representing clients at meetings, hearings and trials.
• Moreover, Advocating for acquittal or clemency in each case.
