Steps Involved in the Selection Process
- Candidates submit an electronic application through the online recruitment tool, choosing two interests according to their preferences.

- Candidates may be chosen, rejected, or added to a standby list for upcoming vacancies as an outcome of the prior evaluation.
- Finally, Successful applicants will receive a Traineeship Offer that includes the start date, the Unit assigned to, the traineeship’s maximum length of 12 months, and a list of documents required before the start date.
Note that EFSA Units can contact trainees on a reserve list at any point throughout the traineeship period if a candidate withdraws at the last minute or in the case of a terminated training.
