Role Overview

As Partnership Lead for Diaspora Engagement, you will architect and implement comprehensive partnership strategies that leverage diaspora communities for business growth. You will identify collaboration opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to activate successful engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership Development

Design and implement diaspora partnership strategies aligned with business objectives
Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with diaspora associations and investor groups
Onboard new diaspora partnerships through structured engagement processes
Develop ambassador programs to amplify brand presence within target communities
Engagement Initiative Management

Coordinate events and programs that strengthen community connections
Track partnership performance through established metrics and reporting systems
