Role Overview
As Partnership Lead for Diaspora Engagement, you will architect and implement comprehensive partnership strategies that leverage diaspora communities for business growth. You will identify collaboration opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements, and coordinate cross-functional teams to activate successful engagement initiatives. This position demands both strategic vision and practical execution capabilities in a multinational context.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
- Design and implement diaspora partnership strategies aligned with business objectives
- Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with diaspora associations and investor groups
- Onboard new diaspora partnerships through structured engagement processes
- Develop ambassador programs to amplify brand presence within target communities
- Engagement Initiative Management
- Create and execute targeted engagement campaigns across diaspora networks
- Coordinate events and programs that strengthen community connections
- Track partnership performance through established metrics and reporting systems
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Coordinate with Business Development, Product, and Marketing teams for partnership activation
- Collaborate with Legal and Finance departments to ensure contractual compliance

Qualifications and Experience
