In just a few years, we’ve delivered affordable, high-quality medications to hundreds of thousands of patients in nine African nations (Ghana, Nigeria, Zambia, Kenya, Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, Gabon, and Ethiopia).
Position Overview
mPharma seeks a reliable expert with an outstanding work ethic to become part of our team as virtual doctors. This position involves advising patients via mPharma’s online consultation platform. This is a position that requires full-time commitment.
Main Duties
- Deliver prompt online medical consultations to Mutti members via mPharma’s virtual platforms.
- Communicate and advise clients on all test findings as necessary.
- Carefully preserve and manage digital files of all prescriptions, diagnoses, and key notes from consultations for participants of the Program.
- Manage the gathering and examination of epidemiological information.
- Guarantee strict compliance with the utmost standards of care and customer service.
- Strict compliance with SOPs for the mPharma Health Services

- Proficient with technology and capable of swiftly adjusting to telemedicine applications.
- Familiar with up-to-date clinical procedures.
- A solid work ethic and a proactive “can-do” mindset that needs little oversight.
- Proficient in English with outstanding writing, speaking, analytical, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in native languages
- Proficient with technology and capable of swiftly learning to utilize telemedicine tools.
Requirements
- MBBS or MBCHB qualification from a recognized medical institution.
- Valid Operating License.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience.
