Job Summary
In this role, you will communicate EduSpots’ mission and vision to diverse stakeholders through visually compelling and informative materials. You will produce marketing assets, educational resources, event materials, and digital content. Your designs will maintain consistency with our branding while adapting to various audiences and platforms. You will work independently, applying creativity and technical expertise to every project.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities span design execution, collaboration, and project management. Here is a detailed look at your daily tasks:
Execute Day to Day Design Tasks
- You will handle graphic design tasks that support organizational needs, from quick turnarounds to long term projects.
- Developing strong visual designs for diverse media keeps our communications fresh and engaging. This includes print, digital, presentations, documents, and email communications.
- Designing visual concepts and marketing materials for public relations campaigns ensures our message reaches wide audiences. Brochures, flyers, and promotional assets fall under your creative direction.
Collaborate Across Teams
- You will collaborate with the education team to produce high quality educational resources. Flashcards, handbooks, one pagers, and certificates help learners and volunteers succeed.
- Working with operations, fundraising, and communications teams helps you understand their design needs and deliver relevant resources on schedule.
- Managing project workflows ensures timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
Uphold Brand Standards
- You will consistently uphold and apply brand and style guidelines across all design outputs. Every piece you create reflects our identity and values.
Deliver Quality Under Deadline
