Job Title: Smoothie barista
JOB DESCRIPTION

As smoothie barista you are responsible for making quality beverages, generally specialty smoothie drinks, cold and hot drinks , working in hand with the cashier , and cleaning and stocking the store. Smoothie barista must do all of these tasks quickly and efficiently while also making sure to form good customer relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet every customer with a friendly smile and positive attitude
- Be honest and promote the values and mission of Club Smooth.
- Responsible for knowing the juice, smoothie menu and how to make each item
- Prepare and serve healthy smoothies ,coffee and tea drinks that meet quality standards
- Respond to orders, questions, concerns, and complaints in a polite and efficient manner
- Properly handle and maintain all equipment
- Accurately handle cash and credit card payments, following appropriate cash-handling procedures
- Serve customers quickly and efficiently
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all the menu offerings
- Adhere to all Company recipes and measurements
- Keep work area clean and organized so that co-workers and management can locate resources and products as needed
- Observe relevant health and safety standards and follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
- Provide excellent customer service and builds rapport with customers by learning their names and favorite beverages
REQUIREMENTS
- Retail, hospitality, and/or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to read and speak English proficiently
- Strong ability to multi-task
- Basic mathematical skills
- Accurately processes transactions through the POS
- Ensure accountability of company funds and inventory
- Ability to problem solve quickly
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow directions
EXPERIENCE
- Level of experience 2+ years
QUALIFICATIONS
- A high school diploma
- HND /Degree in restaurant management / Hospitability /Food management
