POSITION: Senior Operations Manager

You will be managing the local operations team and collaborating closely with various cross-functional and HQ stakeholders to further our goal of creating cities that are more sustainable, accessible, and affordable.
What to Anticipate
Key duties and obligations:
- Creating strategies to enhance the driver’s value proposition, to consistently expand our supply base, performance, and retention.
- Overseeing and assisting the operations team by establishing clear local operational processes, emphasizing effective execution and outcomes, while consistently considering our stakeholders’ needs.
- Practical supply management – operating independently and proactively with your team to provide the optimal experience for our driver and fleet partners, assisting them throughout the processes of driver/fleet recruitment, conversion, and activation.
- Examining data – you will be tracking supply indicators to maintain marketplace vitality and respond to findings.
- Recognizing patterns, hazards, and chances for enhancement locally that could affect the business.
- Consulting and working closely with HQ teams like Product, Legal, or Marketing to create and implement crucial initiatives that promote growth and efficiency.
About You:
- You possess over 6 years of experience.
- You possess expertise in overseeing intricate teams.
- You possess strong leadership and teamwork abilities, along with exceptional negotiation and communication skills (both spoken and written) in English.
- You possess a solid sense of ownership, adopting a practical approach.
- You possess strong analytical abilities and a data-focused approach, along with exceptional numerical capabilities.
- You are at ease creating analytical and decision-making frameworks to back your strategies and choices
