Job Duties

Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions within a short-term, goal-oriented EAP framework.
Support individuals and teams in managing workplace and personal challenges effectively.
Collaborate with organizations to promote mental wellbeing, resilience, and high performance.
Address a range of issues, including stress, burnout, trauma, and leadership development needs.
Contribute to innovative wellbeing initiatives such as trauma-informed care and preventative strategies.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional ethical standards in all client interactions.

Job Requirements

Relevant postgraduate qualification in psychology, such as an MA, PG Diploma, or a Doctorate.
Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and possession of a current APC.
Membership with recognized professional bodies, such as the New Zealand Psychological Society.
Minimum of three years post-registration clinical experience in mental health or counselling settings.
Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and sound clinical judgement.
Person-centred approach with a passion for proactive workplace wellbeing solutions.
Willingness to relocate and meet visa requirements under the AEWV program if applying internationally.
