Job Duties
- Deliver evidence-based psychological interventions within a short-term, goal-oriented EAP framework.

- Address a range of issues, including stress, burnout, trauma, and leadership development needs.

Job Requirements
- Relevant postgraduate qualification in psychology, such as an MA, PG Diploma, or a Doctorate.
- Registration with the New Zealand Psychologists Board and possession of a current APC.
- Membership with recognized professional bodies, such as the New Zealand Psychological Society.
- Minimum of three years post-registration clinical experience in mental health or counselling settings.
- Strong communication skills, cultural competence, and sound clinical judgement.
- Person-centred approach with a passion for proactive workplace wellbeing solutions.
- Willingness to relocate and meet visa requirements under the AEWV program if applying internationally.
