Customer Service Engineer at Plato Consult Limited
Job Description
Reports To: Fixed Regional Manager
JOB PURPOSE
The successful candidate shall provide technical support regarding customer related issues.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Firstly, Responsible for ensuring technical customer issues are resolved.
- Secondly, Test and configure equipment’s such as modems, routers etc.
- Thirdly, Adherence to Health and safety regulations of the Organization and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Moreover, Update network/ Data records on completion of job and ensure feedback is given to support team at close of work on daily basis.
- Additionally, Ensure systems provided are employed to effective use.
Required Skills or Experience
EDUCATION
- Minimum of Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry.
- CCNA is an added advantage.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent communication skills
- Then, Problem solving and critical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Afterwards, Performance driven & goal oriented
- Lastly, Technical skills.
