POSITION: VIE Business Developer

THE POSITION
- You will work in Accra, collaborating with the Agency Management and Commercial Departments at the Head Office to support the growth of our local commercial operations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You assist in executing the commercial and pricing strategy (specialized products and new value-added offerings).
- You oversee and enhance the client portfolio by engaging in sales activities and making visits. You focus closely on significant projects and the nation’s economic progress.
- You are tasked with promoting e-commerce and the digital tools of both the group and the agency, working alongside technical teams, and you suggest development strategies at the local level.
- You evaluate performance and identify discrepancies from the commercial budget, recommending corrective actions.
- Moreover, you facilitate collaboration with the different parties involved in the transportation process (logistics, documentation, etc.).
- You generate and revise informational materials associated with your region, such as tables, statistical analyses, reports, studies, etc., and deliver updates to your management.
- As an active participant, you must recognize new opportunities and take the required steps to place our Group in these markets.
WHOM ARE WE SEARCHING FOR?
- Conforming to the stipulations of Article L122-1 of the National Service Code, solely candidates between 18 and 28 years old and European citizens qualify for this mission presented as a VIE.
- Possessing a Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a leading business school or a renowned university, you have some experience in a global setting.
- Familiarity with the African continent would be a valuable advantage. You possess complete mastery of the English language.
- Your diligence, outstanding people skills, and capacity to adjust to your surroundings are crucial qualities for thriving in this role, which acts as a launchpad for a career in our Group
