POSITION: VIE Business Developer

THE POSITION
You will be located in Accra and, in partnership with the Agency Management and the Commercial Departments at the Head Office, you will assist in enhancing our local commercial operations.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You assist in executing the commercial and pricing strategy for specialized and new value-added products.
- You oversee and enhance the client portfolio via sales efforts and visits. You focus closely on significant projects and the nation’s economic progress.
- You are tasked with enhancing e-commerce and the digital tools of the group and agency, working alongside technical teams, and you suggest local development strategies.
- You assess performance along with discrepancies from the commercial budget and recommend remedial actions.
- Furthermore, you maintain collaboration with the different parties involved in the transportation process (logistics, documentation, etc.).
- You generate and revise informational materials pertaining to your geographic region: tables, statistical analyses, reports, studies, etc., and submit reports to your management.
- As an active participant, you must recognize new opportunities and take the required steps to position our Group in these markets.
WHOM ARE WE SEEKING?
- In accordance with the provisions of Article L122-1 of the French National Service Code, only candidates aged 18 to 28 and of European nationality are eligible to apply for this position offered as a VIE (Volontariat International en Entreprise).
- Possessing a Master’s degree (Bac +5) from a leading business school or renowned university, you have some experience in a global setting.
- Familiarity with the African continent would be a significant advantage. You possess complete mastery of the English language.
- Your diligence, outstanding interpersonal abilities, and capacity to adjust to your surroundings are vital strengths for thriving in this endeavor, which acts as a launchpad for a career with our Group.
