About the Role

You will act as a key worker within the nursery’s daily operations. This includes planning and delivering a stimulating programme of play. Additionally, you will monitor child development and maintain safeguarding records regularly. You will also collaborate closely with the Nursery Leadership team on delivery. This permanent role covers 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday. Working hours span between 8:15 am and 5:45 pm, paid fortnightly.

Job Duties

• Act as a key worker supporting daily nursery room operations

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum required
• Solid understanding of statutory safeguarding requirements required
• Caring, nurturing attitude toward children essential for this role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
• Level 3 Childcare qualification desirable, though Level 2 considered
• Willingness to progress and develop within early years education
