Canadian Schools that Accept HND Certificates, Second Class and 3rd Class for Master’s

It possible for someone with an HND to submit an application for a master’s degree in Canada. However, if the student merely holds an HND certificate, it is quite unlikely that the student will be offered entry immediately into a master’s degree in Canada. The likelihood of this happening is very low.

Start the postgraduate diploma program in Canada and work hard to maintain decent scores (usually a minimum of B average).

Apply to a relevant master’s program in Canada whenever you are getting close to finishing your PGD studies there; they are both in Canada. There is a good probability that you will be admitted into a master’s program in Canada at this time. This is because the majority of institutions and colleges in Canada offer preference to HND certificate holders who have a PGD degree from within Canada.

List of Schools and Universities That Accept Third Class For Masters In Canada

There is still a chance for those with a Third class degree to complete their Master’s program at one of Canada’s outstanding universities.

As was noted before, in order to be accepted into a master’s program at a Canadian university, one must have a grade point average of at least 2.1, which is comparable to 60%. You will be required to complete a PGD first before being allowed to transition to your MSc program, assuming your application is accepted.

Can a 3rd class do Masters in Canada?
