Job Title: HR Business Partner – Ghana
Bosch Africa has been in Africa since 1906. They are currently in ten African countries: South Africa, Egypt, Morocco, Kenya, Angola, Mozambique, Algeria, Nigeria, Ghana, and Tunisia. Depending on how business goes in the coming years, the company plans to add to this number. Bosch has operations in all four of its business areas: Mobility Solutions, Industrial Technology, Consumer Goods, and Energy and Building Technology.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate how employees are treated (hiring, moving, leaving, etc.) and how their contracts are set up.
- Keep track of employee records and give employees administrative services.
Put HR rules and policies into place and make them uniform. - Help manage HR processes (such as performance reviews, salary reviews, discussions about employee growth, etc.) in line with company policy.
- Manage payroll and personnel cost
- In consultation with the A-Group Managers, come up with a strategy for pay and figure out how much the budgets should go up.
- Every two years, you should run the Associate Survey.
- Who to talk to if you have questions about country staffing
- Make sure that long-term employee benefits like health care and life insurance are covered by “Corporate Benefit Systems.”
- In charge of setting up and implementing the agreed-upon Training Portfolio
Qualifications
- Business administration Degree
- Having an MBA or an MSc in the social sciences will be a plus.
At least 5 years of experience in HR at a multinational company. - Information Beyond This
Requirements
- Good at talking to people and making presentations
- Learning how to use the Microsoft Office suite
- Good people skills, flexibility, and the ability to adapt to environments that change quickly.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work alone and change quickly
