AAA Paper LTD is looking to hire an FMCG Sales Representative (Distributor & Retail Channel Development).

Number of Positions: 12

Job Summary 

Distributor Development & Relationship Management

• Accountable for creating and integrating medium to large-volume FMCG distributors in designated areas;
• Monitor distributor sales effectiveness to guarantee prompt product delivery and achievement of market penetration goals;
• Plan promotional initiatives, supply marketing resources, and perform policy or product training consistently.

Visiting Retail Stores & Activating Sales 

• Consistently check small retail outlets, convenience shops, and roadside sellers to maintain product visibility and engagement;
• Aid in organizing shelves, restocking items, setting up POP displays, and collecting market insights from store owners.

Achievement of Sales Targets 

• Develop and implement individual customer visit strategies based on company objectives;
• Provide weekly reports and consistently inform on sales data and regional market trends.

Market Intelligence & Feedback

• Track competitor prices, promotional activities, distribution channels, and consumer preferences;
• Provide the marketing team with insights and recommend enhancements to boost sales performance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Education: 

• At least a college diploma (HND or higher); preferred fields include marketing, business administration, or economics.

Experience: 

• Ideally, 1+ years of experience in sales of FMCG or everyday-use products (e.g., drinks);
• Candidates lacking experience but possessing excellent communication and learning skills will also be taken into account.

Language and Communication: 

• Should possess excellent English communication abilities, both spoken and written (for client discussions and email interactions)
• Proficiency in local languages like Twi, Ga, or Ewe is a significant benefit, particularly for outreach in suburban or rural regions.

Additional Attributes: 

• Sociable character, excellent interpersonal abilities, and resilience under pressure;
• Openness to travel and engage in fieldwork; robust team mentality;
• Fundamental computer proficiency (Word and Excel).

Salary Range: GHS 2,000 – 4,000 per month (based on personal qualifications and performance)

Labour Hours:

• Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM (short day)
• Public Holidays: No work
• Location: Located at Calbank Graphic Road, Accra, and must be willing to travel throughout Ghana.
