Job Title: Territory Sales Executive (Traditional Trade)

Job Responsibilities

  • New Business Development; Develop the assigned traditional trade markets by recruiting new wholesalers.
  • Executing sales strategy and ensuring sales growth through driving effective channel penetration to achieve established sales targets.
  • Generate new sales leads and channels expanding existing customer base within the Traditional Trade Market(Open markets) as well as finding wholesalers for each assigned territory.
  • Effectively sell the value offering of your product range to meet all relevant customers needs and sales targets
  • Manage and monitor sales of existing customers by following up regularly ensuring proper display of the brands products on store shelves
  • Prepare timely customer acquisition, weekly sales and market analysis reports
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to credit management policy.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with all customers.
  • Analyze your territory and markets potential, track sales and make status reports.
  • Gather relevant Data from Market

Requirement

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in a Sales role (Traditional Trade Market) within the FMCG industry
  • Good understanding of and experience in working with B2B customers.
  • Proven track record of selling a full portfolio of products.
  • Passion for selling FMCG or premium products.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills at customer level.
  • A team player with high level of dedication
  • · Sound knowledge in IT and Microsoft Office skills
