Job Vacancy For Sales and Marketing Person
Hollard Insurance Ghana Limited is seeking to recruit a dynamic and energetic Sales and Marketing Person for urgent employment in an insurance company.
Responsibilities
- Engage in superior customer service by making information readily available
- Persist in sales even in the face of failure
- Demonstrate products and services as deemed necessary by clients and management
- Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
- Answer questions from clients
- Make product knowledge readily available to self and other sales people through various resources
- Find ways to sell products in the face of a down market
- Research client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
- Create a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees
Qualification Required & Experience
- SHS, DBS, HND, Degree
- Age: 22 years and above
Salary: 600 – 800 cedis with attractive allowance
Location: Ring road – Accra
