Livemas Real Estate and constructions (LREC) commenced operation 2022 thriving through her trading sect ‘LivemasLink’ since 2020 as a real estate agent.
Livemas Real Estate and constructions (LREC) commenced operation 2022 thriving through her trading sect ‘LivemasLink’ since 2020 as a real estate agent.
Today, LREC has conglomerate developers building residential houses in different locations for which we function as a marketing consultant or contractor in some cases. We work with expert artisans very innovative and passionate about working hard and giving back to the community in a big way!
Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Architectural design
- Secondly, Routine running of the firm
- Thirdly, Come up with strategies to keep the business running and in good pace for growth
- Moreover, Produce weekly reports on performance of the firm
- Additionally, set quarterly, semi annually and yearly targets for the team.
- Then, Recruit sufficient artisans towards the firm becoming self dependent, undertaking building contracts.
- Finally, Respond to any duty of relevance.
Qualities:
- Have idea on digital marketing, book and quantity survey
- Good communication skills
- Managerial skills
Qualification:
- HND or Degree or any with field experience (2yrs).
