Responsibilities:
- Firstly, Design, implement, and improve company quality standards.
- Secondly, Analyze data in order to find areas for growth.
- Thirdly, Assist in the recruiting process.
- Moreover, Training, motivating, coaching, and correcting employees to ensure that standards are met.
- Additionally, Create reports to track progress.
- Then, Formulate strategies to increase productivity.
- Finally, Review processes in order to ensure that they align with current trends.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or associate’s with experience in the field.
- Technical proficiency must be able to use computers and generate reports.
- Ability to analyze data and create and review processes.
- Lastly, Excellent communication skills.
Remuneration
The remuneration ranges per month are:
- Level 1 GH¢ 7,500.00 and above
- Level 2 GH¢ 6,500.00 and above
- Level 3 d. Level 4 GH¢ 5,500.00 and above GH¢ 4,500.00 and above
- Level 5 GH¢ 3,000.00 and above
- Level 6 GH¢ 2,000.00 and above
