Job Description

Reports To: Fixed Regional Manager

JOB PURPOSE

The successful candidate shall provide technical support regarding customer related issues.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Firstly, Responsible for ensuring technical customer issues are resolved.
  • Secondly, Test and configure equipment’s such as modems, routers etc.
  • Thirdly, Adherence to Health and safety regulations of the Organization and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Moreover, Update network/ Data records on completion of job and ensure feedback is given to support team at close of work on daily basis.
  • Additionally, Ensure systems provided are employed to effective use.

Required Skills or Experience

EDUCATION

  • Minimum of Degree/HND in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or its equivalent.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in IT industry.
  • CCNA is an added advantage.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Then, Problem solving and critical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Afterwards, Performance driven & goal oriented
  • Lastly, Technical skills.
