POSITION: Credit Officer – Group Lending
Job Description
We seek versatile candidates who can manage technical maintenance while possessing strong interpersonal skills. You are tasked with establishing an appropriate work environment, guaranteeing that facilities remain clean at all times, and setting up and maintaining sufficient communication systems, along with various other responsibilities.
Additionally, it is essential to address various issues related to employees and their workplace, necessitating strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Position overview
Inspection of Equipment and Preventive Care
- Conduct regular checks on electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, elevators, water supply/drainage, and low-voltage systems.
- Document operational information and promptly report irregularities.
- Implement preventive maintenance strategies to guarantee secure and reliable equipment functioning.
Fixing & Problem-Solving
- Quickly address maintenance requests and identify problems.
- Carry out small repairs (e.g., light bulb changes, clogged pipes, electrical issues).
- Collaborate with outside vendors for intricate repairs as needed.
Safety and Compliance
- Adhere to all operational guidelines for equipment and safety regulations.
- Make sure that fire protection systems are kept in proper working order.
- Engage in managing urgent situations (power failure, leak, fire alert, etc.).
Records & Documentation
- Keep lists of equipment assets, logs of maintenance, records of repairs, and reports of inspections.
- Help in revising technical documents and upkeep protocols.
Management of Energy
- Track usage of electricity, water, and gas.
- Recommend and support the execution of energy conservation projects.
Inter-Departmental Assistance
- Collaborate with Customer Service to address tenant/resident technical problems.
- Support the Engineering Supervisor with short-term assignments and remodeling projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s in civil engineering or a similar discipline.
- Over 3 years in facilities management.
- Skills in managing projects.
- Effective organizational abilities
